Strategic Market Intelligence Intern (Start as from January 2026)

We're looking for a Strategic Market Intelligence Intern to join our Team of Strategy & Transformation. This is your opportunity to work at the intersection of market research, competitive analysis, and strategic forecasting—and to present your insights directly to C-level executives.

Internship Details:
Location : Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid schedule – 2 to 3 days/week in-office)
 3 months Internship
 Strategy & Transformation Team
 Unpaid (transportation reimbursement provided)

Job responsibilities

  • Conduct market intelligence analysis on topics like A2P messaging, digital identity, cloud communications, eSIM, and M&A.
  • Prepare CEO activity reports, competitive benchmarking decks, and market coverage summaries.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity for strategic alerts and monthly newsletters.
  • Present findings via webinars to stakeholders in Strategy, Product, and Sales teams.
  • Upload insights to our centralised intelligence portal and support UX improvements.
  • Deliver a final presentation to senior leadership (including our Chief Strategy Officer).

Your profile:

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's or final-year undergraduate programme in Business, Economics, International Relations, Strategic Studies, or a related analytical field.
  • Enrolled in a Belgian university and in possession of a valid Belgian residence permit.
  • Able to provide a school-issued internship agreement.
  • Strong analytical thinking and independent judgement—you're not afraid to challenge assumptions.
  • Excellent written communication and PowerPoint skills.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and synthesising insights from multiple data sources.
  • Microsoft Excel proficiency is essential (pivot tables, data transformation, visualisation).
  • Familiarity with industry research databases (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, IDC) is a plus.
